Passionate About...
Having successfully represented global, public and privately held iconic Brands for more than two decades, I have decided to share my knowledge with those of interest. My expertise has been first shaped as a hands-on Restaurant Operator, managing a Pizza Hut as a new college graduate, quickly moving into Area Trainer position. In a short few years I became New Market Opening Manager, expanding this and other Yum! Brands' concepts, KFC, Taco Bell, Long John Silvers and A&W throughout the USA, Europe and Asia. This experience was invaluable in focusing my career on scaling brands for franchise expansion. During the last five years I have had a privilege to work with entrepreneurs in the US and across the globe, assisting them with expansion of brands such as Subway, Quiznos, Taco Del Mar, and, most recently, Voodoo Brewing Company.
